Pay $100 Deposit amount and remainder before shipping.
 
Quarter beef averages 200lb hanging. Price per pound is $7.30 so approx $1,460. This includes cut and wrap.
 
Cuts: here is a list of cuts you get in a quarter with some variation in Roast & Steak cuts. Steak cuts are 1 inch thick. Ground beef in 2 lb pkgs.
1 - Blade roast
1 - Sirloin Roast
1 - Cross Rib Roast
1 - Sirloin Tip Roast
2-3 - Sirloin Steaks
6-8 - Tbone Steaks
6-8 - Ribeye Steaks
3-4 - Soup Bones
Some Stew Meat
Brisket is not included in a quarter. 
Approx 45lbs ground beef in 2lb packages
 
  Our beef is raised here on the farm from birth to slaughter. They are with thier mamas on pasture all summer and weaned in the fall and fed silage. ( A mixture of chopped, grass, oats, peas and barley. ) For finishing they get the silage with some grain to give the meat marbeling for delicious meals.
 
We do not give hormones or vaccines to our cattle, and antibiotics only in an emergency. Our goal is to keep them healthy from birth to slaughter.
